Refund and Returns Policy
In case a product is received physically damaged during shipment, please take a picture and email it to our customer service team for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly.
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a return is easy. You can go to the ‘My Order’ section on our website. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will send you a notification confirming its acceptance. Rest assured, the refund will be processed promptly.

Damages and Issues
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Our aim is to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges
If you want to ensure you get the product you desire, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation
Please note that we only allow full order cancellations. Partial order cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to cancel an order, please call our customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order. We’ll assist you with the cancellation process.
Refunds
We will keep you informed once we receive and inspect your return. We’ll promptly notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please send us your account details and a copy of the canceled check to customercare@spenzbags.com for processing the refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any refund-related matters efficiently.
